Bus funding may be available to assist in transportation costs.
Every attempt will be made to fulfill the total amount, however dependent upon the amount requested or the number of schools applying, the request may not be able to be totally funded.

Mason, Peoria, Tazewell, and Woodford Counties - Use form below
American Water Charitable Foundation, the Central Region Groundwater Protection Committee, Peoria County Sustainability, and the Tazewell County Solid Waste Program are offering schools within Mason, Peoria, Tazewell, and Woodford Counties the opportunity to attend the Clean Water Celebration.
All other counties - Use Form Below
American Water Charitable Foundation is offering support for transportation of students to this event.
Before you apply, your district office should be aware of your request and that a billing statement will be needed to verify your costs. The form requests your district’s contact person for accounts payable/receivable to facilitate this process.

Upon completion of the event your district will need to submit a bus billing statement to cleanwater@sunfoundation.org to generate the reimbursement process. Please do so by May 30, 2024.
