Art and Science in the Woods would not be possible without volunteers. Each year, roughly 100 volunteers serve as teaching assistants, medical staff, administrative assistants, and in many other capacities. We also have a limited number of teen volunteer opportunities for those ages 16 and up.

For your time and help, volunteers receive:

Limited Edition T-shirt: TAs receive a free Art and Science in the Woods T-shirt, designed by an artist from our community.
If you’re interested in volunteering for Art and Science in the Woods summer camp, please fill out the form below. If you’re looking for other Sun Foundation volunteer opportunities, visit our full volunteer information page.
Thanks to our wonderful community, we have enough volunteer nurses, TAs and Junior TAs for 2019 and are no longer taking applications.
Please continue to apply for other ways you can volunteer at camp this summer!
