The Sun Foundation's 2009 benefit "Earth's Table". Held annually in Central Illinois, this celebration of the area's finest in organic food was catered by Josh Adams, chef/owner of June, a restaurant featuring modern American cuisine in Peoria, Illinois. The piece was directed and produced by Tim Sotter Productions.
